Pros: Most rooms had on-suite bathrooms, private garage, spacious, split over three floors.

Comfortable and safe stay.

Pros: Being very familiar and experienced in LA; the residence is very competitively priced, so that's a relevant characteristic. Location is perfect, West LA, next to Westwood; very close to Santa Monica Boulevard and close to Century City and Beverly Hills. The area of the apartment is nice and it's close to a highway 405 entry.

Cons: Only the shower could have been better, though the current one is ok; you're showering in a bath basically. However, the temperature of the shower was fine, if you know how to use an American faucet. I saw some critical reviews from Dutch people which I already doubted when reading them. I hardly came across neighbours, and if I did they hardly exchanged any words. The atmosphere in the complex was fine, nothing to complain.

Dishwasher, Heating and wifi, where brilliant, we stayed 3 weeks, blessed with the fires! But safe!

Pros: Gated Community so very safe, other tenants that live in complex are very quiet and friendly.

Cons: Paid washer and dryer, as I thought it was in apartment. Wifi password is what’s on the modem not what is given in emails.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. It had all we needed to comfortably spend our stay. The location was spot on! Gated area with pool and spa, parking space for one car and outdoor area. Welcome package was a nice touch.

Pretty good place to live in

Pros: It's a good place to live in. There's a small air conditioner in the bed room, but the sound is a little bit loud. All in all, I enjoyed the time spent in the apartment.

Cons: Everytime you get back to the apartment, you were asked to call them for new passwords.

Pros: Building amenities where great, we where able to use the pool, the gym and the laundry, great space for a family of 4.

Cons: It wasn't as cleaned as I would expect

Cons: Door handle at the sleeping room has fallen off. Despite of complaint, there was no reaction. Television did not work, because of old battery of remote control
