Perfect and hassle free.

Pros: The apartment is highly accessible and the parking is great, especially when travelling with some luggage. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the amenities needed for both a short or long stay. The location itself is great, 15 mins from any/all the places of interest. I would definitely consider it staying here if (/when) visiting L.A. again. Neal, the host is great and super helpful!

Pros: You have parking off the street. Being able to enjoy the entire apartment to yourself is great. It has most of what you'd need. Cozy space on a quiet street. The host was great.

Cons: For the first 3 days the smoke detector/CO2 detector beeped every 30 secs because it had reached the end of its life cycle. The host was great with communication and was able to resolve the issue eventually.

Fantastic apartment that exceeded expectations

Pros: The apartment exceeded my expectations. It has been remodeled and is extremely nice. It's located in a great neighborhood, right across from a park, and in an excellent location overall. Parking is easy and convenient. The apartment is even nicer in person and offers amazing value for the price.

Pros: Great clean and cozy place in a perfect location. Perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Has all your essentials like towels, soaps, etc. Neal was very attentive and overall a wonderful host. Parking was very easy. I definitely recommend this spot if you are traveling to Santa Monica. I'll definitely be booking with Neal again in the future.
