Cons: strange storage of keys...the video how to find them would be easier but I received just one picture so I had to call. At the beginning not fast answers to my questions about bakery and coffee and so on...I had to ask again

Pros: I loved the apartment, very well appointed, modern. Clean. Great location for everything in Santa Monica,. Natalie was great and very accommodating. We needed to move in early she made it happen after our original apartment was unavailable Natalie got us into this alternative very quickly
