Excellent apartment for a long or short stay

Pros: Terrific apartment in an ideal location. The apartment had all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay. The management/owner was very communicative and able to answer any and all questions

Cons: It's a little tricky finding the entry to the building for the first time but once you've done that everything was very easy with excellent instructions received from the management/owner.

Pros: The place is very nice and spacious, with plenty of natural light, which made it feel bright and welcoming. It was also well stocked with supplies, and we appreciated having everything we needed during our stay. The king-size bed is great; however, do note that the mattress is on the softer side.

Cons: However, the check-in instructions could definitely be improved. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived after normal business hours, and there was no one available to assist us. The parking situation was not clearly explained, and there was no mention in advance about the key fob or the parking transponder. Clearer guidance on these details would have made arrival much smoother and far less stressful. For future guests, here are the instructions that would have been helpful to receive ahead of time: Upon arrival, temporarily park your car in the garage next to the building. Use the callbox code to enter the building and then access your apartment. Inside, there is an envelope on the dining table containing a key fob and a parking transponder. Take these and then move your car. The entrance to the parking garage is located behind the building. The fob allows you to use the elevator and access the building, and the parking transponder allows you to enter the garage. In one response to feedback, management mentioned: “Part of the reason we send the arrival guide several hours before check-in is so guests can review it ahead of time and avoid any last-minute confusion.” The problem with this approach is that for those of us flying in from far away, we do not receive or review that information until we land. That timing is not helpful and does not prevent confusion—especially when arriving after hours with no one available to assist.

Pros: Einchecken war unkompliziert. Großes modernes Appartment, das wie auf den Fotos aussieht. Küche auch gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Parken in einer abgesperrten Garage. Relativ ruhige Gegend.

Cons: Handtücher und Bettlaken haben etwas gerochen.

Geweldige optie voor in LA!

Pros: Ruim appartement aan de Sunset Boulevard. Je kunt hier alles zelf doen: wassen, koken.. Zelfs een grote televisie om nog even te relaxen. Privé parkeerplek onder het gebouw waar je makkelijk in en uit kunt rijden. Bij de eerste keer parkeren is het even een puzzel. Je kunt overigens prima al je spullen in de auto laten staan en dan de sleutel ophalen. Nadat je je auto hebt geparkeerd kun je met de lift vanuit die garage naar je appartement toe.

Cons: Appartement was smerig toen wij aankwamen. Dit is besproken met de eigenaar en werd heel snel en vriendelijk opgelost.
