Pros: A wonderful week spent in the Renovated Spanish, cozy, comfortable, spacious facility for every need. We felt at home to the point of spending some evenings there and cooking there. The comfortable, spacious rooms have walk-in closets containing any suitcases and clothing. The two bathrooms both equipped with a toilet and shower (one also has a very large tub) allowed us to have our privacy. The thing that impressed us most was the helpfulness and kindness of Vlad and Natalia, always ready to answer us and give us suggestions. Thank you again for this impeccable stay. We could not ask for anything better. We look forward to returning. Thanks again from Fabiola and the whole friends group.

The Host was very polite and quick in responding at all times. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Pros: The communication was excellent, all the rooms where clean and the area is very quiet, close to the mall and pharmacy, you can walk its literally like 5 min walk, the house is very confortable and we love the price

Pros: L’emplacement (proche de centres commerciaux et des sites à visiter comme le Grove, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood …), les équipements (lits, machines à laver, cuisine …) et la réactivité et l’amabilité de l’hôte.

Cons: Les canapés lits et les toilettes non séparées

Agradable estancia, la ubicación es lo

Pros: La ubicación es lo mejor, puedes llegar caminando a Beverly Center. La casa es grande y con calefacción lo que la hace muy agradable. Si eres exigente en cuanto a los lugares en los que te hospedas, no es la mejor opción.

Cons: La recámara que tiene baño, es muy pequeño y la regadera estaba rota, aunque me hicieron el cambio al día siguiente. No es el mejor lugar en el que nos hemos hospedado por medio de booking pero estuvo bien para los días que nos quedamos.

Large 3-bedroom, 2 bath apartment in great neighborhood.

Pros: Spacious home with large well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Free parking in the driveway. Walking distance to restaurants, Beverly Center, shopping, and Cedar Sinai hospital. Washer and dryer. Very responsive host. Keyless entry for easy check in and check out. Generous supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, regular towels, etc.

Cons: For just one couple like us, this property was quite expensive. If you were sharing the apartment with others (since it has three bedrooms), it would be quite reasonable. The keyless entry and heat were a bit tricky to figure out, but OK once we did figure them out.

Fantastic location, huge, bottom level remodel, lots of parking

Pros: Location was ideal, easy for guest to park and had nice secured. Private parking included unit was actually a lot larger than the photos make it appear to be although the second bathroom is quite small but overall this was a great spot for two or three people to share, and so close to all the great shopping on Melrose and Beverly really walkable to lots of restaurants and neighborhood was very safe and the host was awesome

Spacious accommodations in prime neighborhood

Pros: Spacious living with everything you need plus more. Awesome location and great neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. Quiet. Although there is a pet surcharge, it was reasonable and it was perfect for our dogs to stay at.

Cons: Nothing!
