A very nice private spot at a great location

Pros: Great location with good access to all LA and Valley Great place for solo/couple also with small kids on the roll out

Cons: Just the ultrasoft mattress. But that is a personal preference.

Lovely setting in LA

Pros: Nice-sized studio with a separate kitchenette in a lovely setting in LA. Surrounded by nature and away from big streets, yet close to hotspots like Sunset Blv and Santa Monica, the location is perfect to discover LA. The ambient inside is minimal and functional, with a smart tv for downtime and microwave for quick meals. The star of the bathroom is the walk-in shower, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Cons: All good during our stay!

Pros: It is in a basement, so not a lot of view, but a really nice location just under the Getty. Room was quite large Snacks and drinks were provided by the hosts, which was really nice.

Cons: There was central air conditioning, but the room was a bit warm. There was a portable air conditioner which did not have en exhaust hose hooked up, which seems a bit pointless to me. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable (for an adult) and was squeaky. For a kid it is fine. Regular bed was really nice.

Great place! Would stay again.

Pros: Great, safe location in the hills. Incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts! The apartment was clean and stocked with snacks and coffee. There is a full kitchen as well if you plan on cooking your own meals.

Cons: Hosts live in the upstairs of the house so there is some noise from footsteps and the like, but nothing unreasonable at all. It was never intrusive.

Pros: We stayed here for two weeks so one of us could attend a course at UCLA. Great location with a spacious, bright, and quiet studio including a cozy kitchenette, which was thoughtfully stocked with coffee, salt and pepper, and oil and vinegar. Plenty of cooking supplies, including pots and pans. Easy on-street parking just out the entry. Hosts were lovely and helped us when needed (which thankfully wasn't often). There was a nice, big TV with an Amazon firestick. The WiFi was strong and very reliable, and I had no issues working remotely from here. The in-unit washer/dryer was definitely a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: My one complaint (and it's minor) is that the stove-top in the kitchenette has a fairly large crack in it. That said, I had no issues cooking on it.

Great location and super quiet neighborhood made for a restful stay. Easy to visit our son at UCLA.

Pros: Convenient to access the suite from street level. (This was important as I was in a wheelchair w. broken leg.) Adding hand rails in bathroom/shower would help with accessibility.

Cons: The pin code for the lock box we received in the confirmation did not work, had to reach out to host to get correct pin code. Would be good to get more detailed instructions prior to arrival with information on parking etc. (Unless I missed it--but I only received a confirmation email.)

Pros: Quiet location. Very private . Exclusive access to a full kitchenette and large shower.

Holiday @Halliday is best way to stay near the Getty!

Pros: Fantastic location, in a quiet exclusive neighborhood close to the Getty center.

Good value for Los Angeles

Pros: Very clean with a comfortable bed. Shower was nice and warm, we didn't use the washer or dryer during our stay but it seemed fine.

Cons: Room was a little warm, air conditioning is turned on by owner once I called. People walking up stairs was very noticeable in the room
