Pros: The view and how clean the property was. Everything was easy to use also.

Pros: Very nice apartment in the middle of sunset boulevard and easy to go anywhere.

Cons: We didn’t like the bed. The first few nights was ok but after that it’s just too low for 2 people.

Excellent location and comfortable apartment.

Pros: I was upgraded to a penthouse after the original room I had booked was not available. The host called me immediately and was extremely responsive to messages throughout my stay. The place was huge and was well appointed with everything you need. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

Cons: When I arrived the cutlery and most of the glasses were dirty. There was no dishwashing powder, liquid, brush or sponge to be able to clean everything. However, the host responded immediately and they got me me access to another apartment in the building where I was able to get the cleaning materials. The host was very apologetic and we were able to sort everything out within a few minutes, which I appreciated. The rest of the apartment was spotlessly clean. Given the overall cleanliness and how responsive the host is, I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, bright and quiet apartment with an amazing view of Los Angeles and a very helpful host.

Pros: The apartment was very well presented and clean, with the table set for my arrival, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was quiet, spacious and relaxing, and I found the other tenants in the building pleasant. The host was very helpful and went the extra mile to help me during my stay, which was a huge help. The host was also helpful in suggesting places to eat. The view of Los Angeles from the balcony is spectacular, and you can also enjoy the rooftop to gaze at the Hollywood sign. The location is close to the tourist attractions of Hollywood Boulevard, which was very convenient. There is a very nice brunch cafe/restaurant nearby, as well as some local takeaway restaurants and a 7 eleven. A chemist/pharmacy, as well as a couple of other cafes and nice supermarket called Mother's California Market are a few blocks away, if you are up for a short walk.

Cons: This isn't the fault of the host or the property, but for new visitors to the U.S.A, I would encourage people to exhibit some caution, particularly women at night, due to the level of homelessness in the neighbourhood.

Great location, great views, comfortable space

Pros: Nice balcony, the property is big, spacious and very clean. The location is good, being in a 5 mile radius of a majority of places of interest; for example, the grove/ farmers market, Hollywood blvd, Beverly Hills, sunset strip, etc.

Cons: The center of the bed tends to sink a bit but it is still comfortable.

Pros: Gut ausgestattetes, sauberes Apartment in ausgezeichneter lage.

We hope to stay there again in the future.

Pros: We loved the view and the proximity to several good restaurants within a short walk of only one or two blocks. The location is also close to many of the activities we had planned. The condo’s kitchen is extremely well stocked! The living room is spacious with a large TV screen. We enjoyed the balcony and its view of LA numerous times a day. We also appreciated the ease of having a dedicated parking space in the garage below.
