Pros: This was our 4th stay at this townhouse. We will only stay here and like it. Location near The Grove and museum is excellent. Quiet, safe area. Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Great little kitchen with gas cooker, oven and kitchenware. Coffee plunger etc. Access to rear communal garden is awesome.

Cons: There is no washing machine/dryer . Fly screens have come off windows. Louvre blinds are broken. No AC upstairs is hot in summer but there are ceiling fans. I find the memory foam mattress hot to sleep on and very hard. The TV remote was nowhere to be found this stay. Overall we love this place but it needs a bit of TLC repair.
