Excellent and highly recommend

Pros: Location was great. Host was friendly, helpful and puntual

Cons: The mattress was a little uncomfortable however Im very fussy re matresses so its probably fine for most people

Pros: Everything as described. Very nice communication with the owner and the cleaner. 2 parking spots are available in the garage which is very convinient when you want to explore LA with a rental car. Short walk to eating opportunities and the Santa Barbara beach/pier.

Cons: It was cold inside despite of AC was turned off.

Pros: The location is super. Beach and restaurants are very close by. The apartment is just as the listing promises. It’s very clean and comfortable. Host is super nice and responds immediately. And there are 2 parking spots available.👍

Blown away by this fantastic apartment

Pros: Beautiful modern apartment - well appointed and comfortable, cosy beds, everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. Fantastic top of the line appliances. Friendly helpful host. Short walk to everything in Santa Monica Beach area. We LOVED our stay with mum and 2 kids and highly recommend.

Amazing and clean apartment w/ a great location!

Pros: The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Very clean and with all the necessary things for our stay. The location is great, Lis was amazing from the beginning.
