Nice comfortable apartment to relax in after a long day walking in LA

Pros: Clean, sizeable, comfortable apartment. Exactly as described on booking.com profile.

Cons: Whilst location was good for Hollywood Stars walk and Runyon Canyon and downtown, just need to be cautious at night if walking around surrounding streets. Also a manual for the apartment, for use of washing machine etc. would be handy.

Perfect place to stay for a first time LA experience.

Pros: This place was incredible, clean and cozy. It was quiet and close to a lot of places. Target was safe enough to walk a few blocks to. I would stay here again and already planning on it. Everything else was within a 30 minute drive max. The traffic was not bad at all but I also didn’t mind driving further if I needed to as the weather was sunny and 70 degrees during my entire trip (coming from cold MN). Directions to access the building were very clear. The owner was very responsive more like less than 5 minutes. People kept to themselves and the gym was a nice touch since I like to get a quick workout in the morning.

Cons: There was maintenance on the second day from 9-5 where alarms went off every couple of minutes. Luckily we had plans to be gone that day however it would be very uncomfortable if a family with children were there or if you were there to work in silence. It was the entire building so I think it is out of the owner’s control. The drain in the bathroom sink and tub took a while to drain but did not ruin my stay which is why I gave it 5 stars. Also recommend updating the picture of the parking location as the poles are no longer orange, they painted it gray.
