We’d happily stay there the next time we will be in LA.

Pros: It is the second time we stay at the place and, again, we had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, airy and impeccable in terms of cleanliness, furniture and equipment. For us it is strategically located to move around and access cafes, restaurants and cultural venues. Devin was responsive and made everything easy from booking to check-in and checkout.

Cons: Since this is the 2nd time we stayed there, there were no surprises.

I would always choose this place when visiting Silver Kake

Pros: Bright, clean, modern, nice view, handy location, good coffee machine, good lighting, comfy bed, great to have a terrace, everything worked etc

Cons: Some minor things missing - like scissors - but informed the owners

Nice place.location isn’t ideal but it’s fine

Pros: Nice apartment. The managers are also very helpful and always available.

Cons: It’s a little too close to a freeway and freeway exit so the noise is a bit much. Also the bedroom could use an actual black out curtain. It’s a very thin and almost transparent shade that came with the apartment I guess. Had to sleep with a mask and noise machine on. Though the bed is very comfortable and I slept pretty well most nights.

Overall absolutely excellent and a much better choice than any hotel in the same price range!

Pros: Excellent apartment, well appointed with great attention to detail. The host I communicated with, Devon, was prompt to respond, friendly, accommodating. Parking garage felt safe and secure (as did the whole building).

Cons: The hosts couldn't improve this, but the neighborhood looked and felt a little sketchy. I wouldn't have felt comfortable walking around there after dark. Too bad this building wasn't located in a better section of Silver Lake. Hopefully, the area will improve in time.
