We really enjoyed our stay! Will return.

Pros: Location is excellent! Carthay neighborhood is a beautiful historical treasure!

Cons: Little cleanliness things could be improved like install new toilet bowl brush and sponges for cleaning dishes. Consider adding a clean strip of vinyl or wood on the base of the bathroom floor under the door. WiFi only worked intermittently.
