2BD 2BTH Condo 10 Min Walk to Santa Monica Beach

Pros: Great location to explore SM, Venice, and beyond. Our family of 4 had a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean with sufficient kitchen facilities. The bathrooms were large with ample spaces. The surroundings were safe and quite. Communication with the host was great who gave clear instructions for checking in and out. Strongly recommend

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this well furnished apartment. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were equipped with all necessary amenities. The apartment complex itself is secure and the location is ideal with shops and restaurant located just a short distance away. The host was easily contactable and communication was prompt. One minor downside was the lighting in the bedrooms was not sufficient as only lamps were provided and since both rooms face other units, we kept the curtains closed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay 😀

Cons: Only one thing to mention was noise from bin collections each morning from bedroom at front of apartment.

Perfect location in Santa Monica

Pros: Very well appointed for a family of four with two teens. Bedding was wonderful and the location was exactly what we were looking for, close to the pier and main eateries and also very handy to the metro.

Great location!

Pros: The hotel has good access to Santa Monica Beach, I was very satisfied.

Pleasant journey

Pros: Position quite close to the seashore (20 ÷ 25 min max by walking). Plenty of bar, restaurant close to the sea. Possibility to have a dedicate parking place inside the building.

Cons: There is a contraction yard, with some noise early in the morning. Almost complete the fabrication, so it is just a question of time it's closure (end of work).

Spacious apartment in great location

Pros: The location was fantastic, in the heart of Santa Monica, in walking distance of pier. Apartment was very spacious and looked nice. It had good amenities (e.g. big TV + washing machine/dryer) We liked that we were awaited by host and showed around. The parking lot under the building was also very convenient.

Cons: Bed in master bedroom was bit small and there was a lot of noise coming from the service alley downstairs where garbage collection & supply for grocery store was done early in the morning. It woke us up every day. At a closer look you see that the apartment is very old and renovation has been done in a superficial way. Some of the power outlets and 1 bed lamps did not work. In our case the kitchen tap pipe broke resulting in a leakage. Luckily host was very responsive and leak was repaired in a few hours.

My new favourite place to stay has it all

Pros: The location was spot on 5-10 mins from the beach depending on how quick you walk, 5 mins from all the bars and restaurants, super modern clean

Cons: I honestly can’t think of anything ?????? It has it all

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this place. The apartment is new, very good equiped; has brilliant location nearby the sea and the owner is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place; for sure I will come back.

Pros: Muy bien equipado, amplio. Buena vajilla. Habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas. No tuve contacto con la anfitriona, sólo por teléfono, pero no fue necesario otro tipo de contacto. Excelentes las instrucciones para buscar la llave, cochera, etc. Muy buena ubicación
