Overall, it's recommended for those wishing to stay in the Santa Monica area.

Pros: It was very convenient to be able to walk to the supermarket in about 5 to 10 minutes. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room came with a washer and dryer, which was a huge help. The room's atmosphere was nice with art decor, and the kitchen was spacious. The host's service was attentive and made for a very reassuring stay.

Cons: I found cleaning rags inside the dryer I was surprised there were no tissues. I saw flies multiple times a day. At 2 a.m. every night, I could hear footsteps from the upstairs neighbor, so I think it would bother someone who's easily annoyed. I think we should put a sofa cover on it since I noticed the sofa is a bit dirty.
