Exclusive Suites in MDR-Venice with Pool

The best!

Pros: The apartment was amazing, great location and super quiet. Gym pool and hot tub were fantastic and super clean as was the accommodation. Free parking spot was brilliant for our hire car to go travelling around LA, what a fascinating city with so much to offer. We will definitely book this place again in the future, great value for money and just what we needed. Special thanks to the host for amazing customer service and friendly attitude, made our stay even more memorable.

Pros: Apartment was great and a with very responsive manager. The kitchen bathroom living area and our room was super clean. well and nice designed. The location was super safe and no traffic. we would definitely stay again!

Pros: This was a great stay because of the location and walkability of the building to good food, easily accessible to all conveniences and the LAX airport. The beds are very comfortable. The access to BBQ grills and parking is great. The building is a little hard to navigate at first but Mark makes it easy to understand w videos he texts you at check in. Highly recommended!!

Pros: Nice apartment, kitchen well equipped despite smaller size. Large TV, comfy bed and sofa. Close to mar beach and Venice. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Had a great stay at Mark’s place again! We’ve stayed here before and were very happy, which is why we chose to come back. Over time, we’ve also become more like friends with Mark and his team,they’re professional and genuinely kind and easy to connect with. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It’s in a great location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Mark is a true superhost—friendly, responsive, and always attentive. Book with confidence; you won’t regret it!

Pros: Location was very nice, not so far away from for example Venice beach,if you like walk in beautiful weather🙂 communication with the person and directions to get there are excellent! Everything you need was there

Cons: I couldn't be bothered to keep the window open when the dogs used to pee and poop in the yard right below the windows, so nice that the room had air conditioning

Pros: Loved how calm the area felt, especially compared to other parts of LA. We spent some time around Burton Chace Park and watched the sunset by the water. The apartment had everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to fast internet. The vibe of the place made it easy to relax after a full day out.

Cons: Nothing felt out of place

Pros: This time we came with our family, last time we came with our friends. My mom and cousin loved the place. The management are really professional hosts. Its close to LAX,marina,venice and santa monica. Many restaurants are close to building. Very safe area Hihgly reccomended!

Pros: Clean and quite well kitted out - there was quite a few basic foods in the cupboards which I appreciated though I didn't use them. Could do with a beside lamp though!

Cons: They send you with WAY too much information to check-in which I think makes it even more confusing. The video instructions to access the flat are for if you arrive on foot, but if you park in the the garage (with another quite confusing video instruction) then these instructions don't make sense. If you do drive btw, just go to closest lift and go to floor 5 and take the instructions from there. Easy once you know!
