Fantastic property in a great location!
Pros: Los Angeles is all about location. And this property location is EXCELLENT. Extremely convenient for accessing West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica as well as the Valley, Century City and the main arteries driving south. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Garage and access were also great and very convenient. Overall, a fantastic location. Me and my family enjoyed a lot our stay there!

Pros: A central location, in close proximity to cafe's and restaurants.
Cons: This is not directed at my apartment, but the apartment building in general. The apartment directly below where I stayed had a raging party on Friday night. I felt like I was front row at a Pitbull concert from their blasting Cuban music and what I imagined to be the Irish Lord of the Dance squad based on the amount that my entire apartment was shaking. A large group of American Puerto Ricans spent the entire night from 1800 Friday evening - when they were using the rooftop communal area. They relocated to their apartment around 2200, where things only continued to escalate all the way through to 0400 Saturday morning, hosting what appeared to be their own night club. Yelling, screaming, singing, dancing/ jumping, drunken misconduct, both inside and outside on their verandah. Given that it is also residential, no corporate regulations or limitations, or residents intervened. Which insinuates acceptance. Not ideal when I had a full day drive ahead of me. Keep this in mind.

Comfortable apartment with great amenities, beautiful views and perfect hosting!
Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful view at sunset. Being on the top floor, it’s filled with natural light, while the air conditioning keeps it pleasantly cool. From the shared terrace, you can even see the Hollywood Sign. The underground parking was also very convenient since we had a car. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the capsule coffee machine was a real treat. The instructions were clear, and our host regularly checked in to see if everything was fine or if we needed anything – communication was perfect. The king-size bed was large and very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing in sunny LA, it always felt like coming home to a little oasis. We would love to return!
Cons: In the living room, you could occasionally hear some music from the neighbors, but the bedroom was quiet, so it didn’t bother us.

Pros: Very pleasing decor, comfortable sunny balcony, fully equipped kitchen, spacious unit with a comfy king-sized bed. It is in a very central location in mid-Wilshire, walking distance to many great restaurants. Highly recommended. The instructions to get inside were very clear.

This is a nice place to stay !
Pros: The apartment was clean, well maintained, and featured modern appliances. It's a comfortably sized one-bedroom, thoughtfully stocked with small amenities that enhanced the stay. I especially appreciated the stylish and inviting decor. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with the added benefit of a secure keypad entry to the building. It's conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Michael, my contact person for the apartment, was excellent-very patient, kind and responsive. I also appreciated that the property management checked in to ensure everything was going well.
Cons: At 6:15 a.m. on the morning of checkout, i received a text stating that noise levels exceeded the apartment's limits. This was something entirely new to me. I had packed the night before and was simply talking on the phone at the time. After returning home, I called the property to confirm that no one had been monitoring my conversations. Everything else was great.
