Supernice penthouse appartment

Pros: Really nice appartment in a newly built building. Tidy, well equipped, penthouse floor. Just what you can see from the pictures. We spent a week in Santa Monica and everything is within a 20 minute walking distance. Easy accessible parking. Highly recommended!

Cons: No gym access available on the property. The pool area pictured is not on this property (there is a pool though). Adress is further east then indicated Communication: several emails, messages through booking.com, What'sApp etc from so many different people, sometimes with somewhat conflicting messages.

Great base for your LA trip.

Pros: Location was ideal for exploring Santa Monica and beyond. Plenty of space and the BBQ facilities on the rooftop were fantastic for relaxing outdoors in the evening.

Cons: Didn't particularly dislike anything about the property. It was very well set up.

Great time, location and views in Santa Monica modern apt

Pros: This was a modern and new condo in a perfect location in Santa Monica - easy walk to diner, best Italian deli ever!, SM pedestrian walkway to cafes and shops and beach/pier. The condo had an espresso maker, which we appreciated and used every day.

Cons: There was not anything we didn’t like. We were a family with 2 parents, 2 teens and 2 grandparents. We made it work with the grandparents in the master bedroom and the parents and teens in the second bedroom- it was not the most comfortable sleeping arrangements. We were willing to make that adjustment given the location, modern amenities and the view.

Pros: Muy cómodo El departamento, muy luminoso y muy bien equipado.

Cons: El gimnasio estaba bastante poco accesible al departamento.

Pros: 5人家族で行ったのですがとても広く 快適に過ごせました。 室内に洗濯機があるのが本当に助かった。 プールも温水で子達はとても楽しめました。 サンタモニカピアまで歩くと大人の足で15分、子連れだともう少しかかる感じです。 スーパーが徒歩圏内に2件あるので本当に便利だった。 近くのイタリアンデリにも行ってみたかったなぁ。 レンタカーを借りていたので、ここのホテルを拠点にあちこち行けて本当に楽しい度になった。 またロサンゼルスに行く事があればこちらを利用したいです。

Cons: 夜、車の走る音がダイレクトに聞こえるため 子供が寝付けないと言い、廊下側の寝室へ移動しました。 廊下側はさほど気にならなかったようで寝れました。 私は音があっても寝れるタイプなのでメインベッドルームでぐっすり寝てました。

Pros: Schöne saubere Wohnung für 4-6 Personen. 15 min zum Strand. Ein neuer Supermarkt wird gerade gegenüber fertiggestellt. Restaurant sind auch einige in der Nähe. Pool war warm. Abends kann man gemütlich oben am Dach bei einem Feuer sitzen. Bahn gleich um die Ecke.

Cons: Keine kostenlosen Parkplätze vorhanden. Gegen Gebühr gibt es aber eine Tiefgarage. Vordere Schlafzimmer sehr laut. Beide Schlafzimmer schlecht zum abdunkeln. Check in war ein wenig kompliziert bzw. hat der Vermieter sich erst spät gemeldet . Kein Selbst-Checkin.

Pros: Superschönes Appartement. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Pier.

Pros: Tenía de todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. El anfitrión una maravilla. Siempre dispuesto. Volveremos

Pros: Ho apprezzato il fatto che fosse tutto molto nuovo, arredato con gusto, ben attrezzato. Bello il roof con divani e poltrone, la zona piscina favolosa.

Cons: Troppa luce dall'esterno, le tende chiare non bastano. Il rumore del tram che passa proprio sotto l'edificio. La vista mare direi che non c'è, s'intravede da lontano. Il mare si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi.
