Great location and lovely host.

Pros: The place is exactly how you see in the pictures. The sofa and the bed very comfortable. You could see the Observatory from the balcony which I loved. Although the apartment is located very close to Hollywood boulevard and other busy streets, it is very quiet and silent which is great. Marc is an incredible host.

Great location with parking and balcony

Pros: Great location with a very friendly and helpful host. Marc was fantastic with his great communication. Excellent facilities and the parking space was perfect. Nicely decorated and had the bonus of a balcony looking out onto the capital records tower.

Cons: Bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the baseboards (skirting boards) were dusty.

Great place, great location

Pros: Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. It was great being able to walk right onto the Hollywood walk of fame within a minute or two. Marc was an awesome host, so friendly and instantly felt comfortable around him. When we come back to Hollywood we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Marc 🙂

We loved Marc's place and the location is perfect.

Pros: Marc made us feel so welcome. His place is amazing. My favorite was hanging out in the balcony and enjoying the view. It's also so close to everything. We will definitely be staying here again :)

This classy and furnished apartment has a convenient location and served as a home away from home.

Pros: First time staying here and really enjoyed it. Apartment was furnished classily and had numerous thoughtful touches including in the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Marc had excellent communication and the location itself was quiet yet convenient. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Cons: Parking situation was a little confusing/took some time for guests to find, since dependent on street parking—but otherwise my guests were also happy with the location too!
