Amazing place. Would recommend couples to definitely take a trip there.

Pros: I loved everything staying here. The room was so comfortable and the ocean view was priceless. Would definitely come back again.

What’s not to like about visiting Santa Barbara!

Pros: My wife spent her time walking around the neighborhood and enjoying the view

Cons: Maybe the AC unit could be a little quieter

The perfect location for my short stay.

Pros: The ambience and that it was small. The decor was perfect for an inn close to the beach. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Pros: 朝食、スナック、デザート券を無料で頂きました。スタッフは皆さん、丁寧親切な対応で、大きなホテルとは違い家庭的な雰囲気でゆったり過ごす事ができました。

Cons: １階の２ベットのお部屋だったので、２階の足音がかなり響きました。お部屋はチャーミングで快適でしたが、床がタイル、天井が木造りで低い為余計響いたのかもしれません。

Had a great stay. Room was decorated very nicely and bed was very comfortable.

Pros: The property was real clean and adorable. Loved the room with the wood on the ceiling above the bed. Added a uniqueness to the room. They thought of everything .

Cons: Thought breakfast was a little too high for the $25.

A step up from economy lodging. Good dining and shopping options on same street.

Pros: Attractive accommodations, great location, breakfast options in the morning. I left behind my laptop charger, and got a notification text right away. I picked it up a week later on my return drive. I really appreciated the staff being so conscientious.

Cons: Out bed was not level....footboard higher than headboard... decline was noticeable but we stilled slept thru the night.

Excellent choice for strolling the Summerland home/interior design shops.

Pros: Convenient walking distance to upscale shopping. Beautiful sea vistas. Lovely garden plantings around rooms.

Cons: For me, it was perfect. If you are expecting romance and al fresco happy hour, there are plenty of options in Santa Barbara that are more tucked away. But I come to Summerland for the shopping.

The weather was perfect for December and made are stay extra special.

Pros: Beautiful property and just far enough away from downtown, but still a quick walk. Two levels of parking which worked out great for us. Continental breakfast was good and someone actually made us eggs and bacon! Welcome surprise. Lots of restaurants and gift shops

Cons: The bathtub/shower was a jacuzzi tub so it was deep and hard to get in and out of. It would have helped a lot if there was a bar to hang on to. We also didn’t realize that the property would be SO CLOSE to the freeway.

Lovely private stay in Summerland

Pros: Charming property with gorgeous landscaping within walking distance from shop’s & restaurants

Cons: Front desk not staffed at all hours

Pros: I loved my stay at the Inn on Summer Hill. The staff was amazing! And you cannot beat the location! It was perfect for my needs, as I was at a conference at Pacifica Graduate Institute. It is also in walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Cons: I found it a bit pricey, considering that many of the finishes in my room were in need of maintenance.
