Good value, comfortable room and great host

Pros: Location was great & Brad was exceptionally helpful - as it was unusually wet weather. Loved the hot & cold filtered water, the spaciousness of the room & little courtyard

Cons: only thing I was missing was a kitchen sink

I was comfortable here. Host was the best!

Pros: I liked the hot shower. I read some reviews about it being cold. I was worried about that. I let the water run for a few minutes in the shower and it stayed hot the entire time. Location is easy to travel from. Neighborhood is nice in studio city. CBS Studios is across the street.

Cons: Only thing I didn’t like is it has no kitchen. I knew that going into though. Haven’t used the microwave that much. Luckily it was a Trader Joe’s up the street. The food wasn’t bad to warm up.

The perfect LA vibe stay

Pros: Honestly, this place was such a find! It’s so lovely and quaint, exactly the kind of vibe I was looking for. The location was also 10/10—we were close to everything but it still felt tucked away and peaceful. I really loved how the hosts had great descriptions for everything; it made it so easy to find what we needed and figure out the best local spots. Speaking of the hosts, they were seriously amazing. Super chill, helpful, and made me feel right at home from the jump. Everything was just perfect. Thanks for having me!

Great area close to Universal Studios and walkable to nearby restaurants.

Pros: Beautiful area walkable to many locations. Very safe area. We walked late and felt perfectly safe.

Extremely clean, comfortable and affordable guest house in a great location with tons of amenities!

Pros: The hosts were extremely helpful and provided a ton of information immediately after I booked the guest house, including key location, trash, wifi information, tv access, AC instructions, and more. Even inside the guest house there are tons of cute instructions in frames with information on the TV, wifi, and Keurig. We especially appreciated the K-cup pods, sugar, and creamer for our morning coffee!

Cons: The guest house was extremely clean and comfortable. The only feedback I have is maybe dust and get rid of some cobwebs but that's just me being picky!
