Pros: Sophia, the admin who manages tenant communications, responds to my questions promptly and communicates clearly. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and electrical appliances that allow me to prepare drinks and heat up my food. This makes the stay feel home-like and convenient.

Cons: The property is located in a residential area. While it offers a quiet environment, it is not easily accessible to places of interest or convenient stores

Pros: Overall, it was a very nice stay. The room was extremely clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-equipped. The service was great as well, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The location was also convenient, with easy access to many places.

Cons: The only minor downsides were that street parking was difficult sometime, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

Considering the price we could not have found a better accommodation :)).

Pros: It was very clean. Although the room was small, it had everything we needed and it didn‘t feel cramped. Big kitchen with modern equipment, there wasn‘t anything we couldn‘t find.

Pros: Buena ubicación con acceso a lugares de interés, comida, supermercados, transporte y buena zona La zona común y uso de comedor cocina y sala son geniales, todo tal cual las fotos

Cons: Otros huéspedes no respetan las horas de descanso en cuanto a evitar ruidos excesivos y las paredes no ayudan a evitar escuchar al vecino

Really great

Pros: The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, comfortable and having a full kitchen helped a lot. The place is managed in a very organized manner, which is great. Location is great. It always took a little time to find parking spots, but nothing crazy.

Cons: We were provided a single blanket for two people. It was too small (not meant for two) so we were always cold at night. Staff said they would not provide another blanket. Also we missed some essentials like a soap dish in the shower stall.

Great room and great location, clean, calm, and quiet environment.

Pros: Location was great, being close to USC and close downtown LA. The stay was really quiet and calm. Checking in was really easy. Bathrooms were really clean, the room was overall really good and spacious.
