Pros: The home layout was very nice, having a bathroom on 4 out of the 5 bedroom was definitely a plus. The wood floor were nice. The backyard was nice with the exceptions you'll see below. 8

Cons: There was dust build up on all the dressers in every room. Several kitchen utensils were soiled with food from the previous tenant or were never cleaned. The back yard patio set was covered in dust and spiderwebs There were bird droppings everywhere on the back yard deck and around the pool. It was extremely unsanitary and unpleasant. For the amount I paid to rent this home and I was required to wash towels if used. I almost felt threatened with all the different fee that I could encur if I did do one of many things like. Put remotes in baskets fee $100 per remote. The second floor railing was not secure in front of the 2 bedrooms. This is a serious safety issue that I would address immediately. I would hate for the next renters to be unsafe.
