Beautiful and cosy home

Cozy and affordable, perfect option.

Pros: The perfect space for chilling with friends or family, quiet and clean, it has everything that you may need and is an affordable option. We didn't expect the snacks and the bathroom items so it was a plus. Definitely we are coming back to this place next time in LA.

Cons: It's a little bit retired from downtown LA, so it depends on what you're coming for.

Perfect home away from home!

Pros: This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s just fantastic. We arrived in the early evening after a very stressful drive from LAX, to find that the owner had put Christmas decorations up. It was so welcoming and was like home away from home. The neighborhood feels really safe, the house is really clean and well equipped and the beds are literally the most comfortable ever! We are frequent visitors to LA as my elderly mother is having cancer treatment at City of Hope and it makes such a difference to the whole experience when you know that the accommodation is so lovely, we will definitely be back again and again. Thank you!

Pros: A wonderful place to stay during my business trips. I extended more than once because the home was so comfortable and welcoming. The holiday decorations are beautiful, the space is spotless, and everything you might need is thoughtfully stocked. From snacks to essentials, nothing is overlooked. The gated area feels very secure, and the reserved parking makes everything easy. The host was extremely accommodating and kind throughout my stays. I can’t wait to return for a personal getaway.

Pros: The house was exceptionally clean and well supplied with things travelers might forget. The owner lives in another house on the property and was great about responding to our questions.

Pros: We loved the cleanliness and modern feel of the apartment. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked, which was a very nice touch.

Cons: There were ants in the master bedroom and bathroom.

Pleasant, comfortable, safe, quiet, convenient.

Pros: The apartment was just as advertised. Neat, clean and comfortable. The hostess was available, helpful and very responsive. I would only suggest that the kitchen be more stocked with the basics of a kitchen, especially since I rented for a month. Things like measuring cups, a colander etc. General things for cooking should be in the kitchen since it is advertised as a full kitchen. The bathrooms were well stocked. Nice touch with snacks, water and soda in the fridge- even Perrier!! The neighborhood is quiet. I felt safe. I would recommend this place.
