Could be a 10/10 if ...

Pros: Amazing location, great for both snow activities (steps to Snow Summit) and summer (big back porch, front deck). Property was designed well, check in instructions were great. Spacious rooms with plenty of sleeping options for families or a group. There were extra linens, plenty of pillows and towels, lots of seating options, and a great loft/ Foosball table/ lounge area. Plenty of hot water, and the heat worked great in every room (no cold rooms/drafty areas).

Cons: The overall condition of everything was pretty worn. The floors were in bad shape, the kitchen dishes/silverware/pots and pans were random, old, and cobbled together. For a property accommodating 10, there were 7 drinking glasses and 6 short \
