Pros: The downstairs was comfortable due to the AC. The kitchen and large family room were nice and the view from the family room was enjoyable. The game room was a fun place, I just wish we had more time on our schedule to enjoy it more.

Cons: The two bedrooms upstairs had very little insulation and were quite hot. The AC did not reach them effectively. The fans were helpful only to a point. We actually had someone get a room in town due to the heat of the room with the bunk beds.
