Spotless Modern Home Close to LAX & Sofi Stadium

Pros: Perfect from all aspects. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it ✨

Cons: We struggled with the door code at first it didn’t open when we arrived, the provided code was not working ! but I contacted them and within 30-40 minutes it was solved, a new code given & worked fine 👍🏼

Great place, well organized and with good cost-benefit.

Pros: Organized. Stores and markets nearby. The house is big and strctured.

Cons: Door between garage and the house was almost falling apart. Check-out istructions to take all de bed clothes of the rooms and put them into the machines is something you don't excpect to be asked for. Streets are a litle bit deserted at night.

Pros: We loved this home! The area is quiet and safe and centrally located. The airport is only a 10 minute drive and all major highways are close by. The owners have it decorated beautifully and have everything you need to cook even items like oil and salt and pepper. There was an issue with the hot water and the owners had someone come out within 1 hour to fix it and it was never an issue again. I will stay at this home every time I come to LA!

Pros: The home was amazing so cute and they provided everything for someone to be able to cook and enjoy their stay as If they were home!!! LOOKING TO REBOOK IN THE FUTURE 😍

Cons: One of the shower/bathtub hot water didn't work. & two of the stove turners were broken and was worried if I turned gas off fully which it did but I avoided using in the case it didn't. But I loved this place A LOT.

Cons: Regardless of what the excellent owners who are very skilled at this business think the house doesn’t match the location. The area is not good. Did not feel safe.

Pros: The location for us was perfect. We stayed because of the Greenbay Packer game as SoFi Stadium. We were able to easily walk to and from the stadium without the traffic and parking hassles. The beds were very comfortable, some of the best sleep in months! The house layout was nice and roomy, and it was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Both bedrooms had ceiling fans as well as a box fan if you needed it. Ceiling fans were also in the living room and kitchen. The garage was big enough for our car (Toyota Avalon for size reference) and there was a remote for the garage door. I loved the keyless entry into and out of the house. Very well thought out. Thank you Anne and Sarah.

Cons: This comment is only due to exceptional circumstances. Southern California was under a heat advisory just like Arizona when we came on October 3rd. It was HOT outside. There are window A/C units in both bedrooms, but no central air. That is fine once the house cooled down after we turned them on along with all the fans. I only wish the A/C units had been turned on prior to our arrival because it took quite a few hours to cool down. Once it cooled down though, it stayed nice and cool without issue. Under NORMAL weather conditions, this would NEVER be an issue. Also, keep in mind you are in a flight path with LAX. The planes are frequent until 9 or 10 pm. Then the quiet time kicks in for LAX and the flight pattern changes to over the ocean. I was never awakened or prevented sleep from planes or any noise. It was very quiet at night.

Perfect location for a small group to stay at for anything at SoFi Stadium.

Pros: Spacious clean and quiet house. It had off-street parking, being a garage for a smaller car. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice back patio. A 15 min walk to SoFi Stadium, perfect stay for anyone going to a game or event there. Would absolutely stay again!
