Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The hosts are responsible and organised. It was perfect.

Pros: It was perfect. It looked exactly the same as the online pictures.

Home away from home.

Pros: Absolutely fell like home. The guest house was perfect for our family too. John was always available by phone and helped us in many ways. We had some personal inconvenience and John helped us. I can't say enough about this property and the owner. I will stay again when we come back in the near future. It is our home away from home in California.

Cons: It was perfect. , I can't complain about anything.

Pros: مرحبا .. موقع المنزل في منطقة جميله وخضراء واحياء شبه مغلقه منطقة هادية وبالقرب من جامعة لونق بيتش .. الدخول كان سهلا وبسيطا وصاحب المنزل جدا متعاون لاي طلب يوجد في خلف المنزل في الساحة الخلفية كراج مخصص لغسيل الملابس وجهاز نشاف ومعدات وادوات البحر لاستخدامها حال خروجهم للبحر . وفناء خلفي يوجد به مسطح اخضر وجلسه واناره . مكان جميل تم اخذ مبلغ تأمين 500 دولار قبل وصولي بكم يوم وتمت اعادة المبلغ لي بعد مغادرتي ب 15 يوم تقريبا او اقل . المطبخ مجهز بكافة الادوات والمعدات ثلاجة كبيره ادوات تخزين ومفارش اضافية وادوات ترفيه .

Cons: كل شي كان على مايرام ماعدا ان لا يوجد في المنزل الا حمام واحد فقط .

Great place to stay at, close go the beach and Disneyland. Neighborhood is quiet and calm.

Pros: Our host provided the door code access a couple of days prior to the trip.

Cons: Cleaners forgot to empty out the trash can it was full when we arrived.

Comfortable and Spacious

Pros: The property was big and clean, it accommodated my family and pet. The rooms where spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and the house in general was well equipped. The property owner was nice and responsive to all my question and accommodated all my needs. The neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet, which it was a plus.

Great location that’s clean and comfortable.

Pros: Great communication with host. Easy check in/out Place was clean. Second unit so we had plenty of beds for everyone to be comfortable Location was very central for our needs Welcome gifts were nice touch.

Cons: Just that it’s an older property
