Beach living

Pros: The location was good, you could walk down to the beach and to local Coffee shop and local food.

Perfect stay close to beach, town center and stadiums.

Pros: This property checked all the boxes for our stay. Close to beach, restaurants and night life yet in a quiet area. Unit was roomy and provided adequate space for four adults. We had everything we needed amenity wise to be comfortable. Host was very communicative and offered great recommendations for local eats and things to do.

Cons: Host was transparent about a couple of maintenance issues before our arrival and was proactive on rectifying problems. (Faulty garbage disposal and broken dryer) Unfortunately neither us nor the host realized that maintenance never showed until we tried to use both on last night of stay. Only downside to this stay was parking. Very tiny tight parking area for compact car available. Plan ahead if traveling with more than one vehicle.

Leuke locatie

Pros: Manhattan beach is echt een leuke plek bij Los Angeles. Het straatje en de wijk waar dit appartement zit is leuk. Je voelt je hier meer een local (alhoewel er waarschijnlijk meer appartementen verhuurd worden. Het contact met de host verliep snel en soepel. En de communicatie over aankomst, vertrek en tips in de buurt is duidelijk. De inrichting is heel compleet. Er zijn bijvoorbeeld ook strandstoelen en een parasol voor op het strand. En er is alles om goed te kunnen koken. Het is handig dat er een parkeerplaats onder het appartement is, want parkeren is erg lastig in de wijk.

Cons: Het appartement had schoner gekund. De vloer voelde nog een beetje zanderig en in de keuken was een vies schuursponsje aanwezig. Ik denk dat als we dit aan hadden aangegeven aan de host of property manager (wat we niet hebben gedaan) dat ze daar meteen wat aan hadden gedaan. De parkeerplek onder het appartement is laag. We hadden een hoge auto die er niet onder patste. Het appartement is erg gehorig. We hoorden de bovenburen goed rondlopen, douchen en de wc doortrekken. De laatste nacht hadden we geen bovenburen en dat was heerlijk rustig.

We had a great time visiting the beach-location was great. Very responsive when had a question.

Pros: How close it was to the beach. It was a short distance to the airport and to SoFi stadium

Cons: I would just suggest that they have a fan in the living room and a little lamp in both bedrooms.

Ideal pour 2 ou 3 nuits au coeur de Manhattan

Pros: Emplacement ideal a New York pour visiter Big Apple . Il faut juste prendre le téléphérique qui est au pied de l hotel pour aller au centre ville de Manhattan .

Cons: Breakfast pas assez diversifié

Pros: Gute Lage, zu Fuss 2 Minuten bis zum Strand. Bequeme Betten und genügend Ausstattung.

Cons: Leider etwas hellhörig und der Kostenlose Parkplatz ist etwas eng.
