The unit is lovely! If I still lived in California I would want to buy a condo in that property. I will look for this un

Pros: The property was walking distance from the beach which was nice. The downstairs neighbor was very nice and understanding that I had a toddler with me. We said hello every morning.

Cons: The neighbors were very picky about parking but that is understandable because I have a large truck. I just wish they were a little nicer.
