Great place to relax and enjoy the location.

Pros: It's spacious, very comfortable, the beds are comfortable, a little firmer than I'm used to but it did its job. All positive things on location we wanted to jump in the pool but we got tired from the planned activities. I would stay again. The price was fair. Communication was good. Rules aren't hard to follow. The house didn't smell, everything we needed was working just not ac. But I would recommend it to anyone. No one bothered us, no problem with the neighbors. Was close enough for us to drive to see the mouse, or minions, or to see Knotts.

Cons: I dislike 2 things. I couldn't control the temperature. It was locked and you can't change it. I'm from West Texas the set temperature was very hot for us. We all were sweating most of the visit. We started to leave doors open to cool down the house. The reason the last guest was late to check out so we couldn't arrive early even if we wanted to. So If we showed up on time it would of inconvenient for us.
