A clean comfortable place to stay in Long Beach !

Pros: We like the decor and it’s , homey and spacious! Excellent location with top notch amenities!

good location and clean room for a reasonable price

Pros: This was my first time staying in a private guest house type of accommodation. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I was unsure of what we could use or not use so some instruction or rules of the house would have been nice.

Cons: Our last day there, some other guests were in another room on the front end of the house and they were very noisy. They were also doing laundry at midnight and the washer and dryer were near our room. Like I said in the other comment. A list of rules, what appliances can and cannot be used, etc. would have been helpful
