Pros: Daniel is always concerned about making everyone's stay as pleasant as possible. I've seen work going on every week to upgrade the facilities here. Something that some may not think about is that it's easy to find parking nearby in this neighborhood. Some parts of LA it's almost impossible.

Cons: Taking me too long to try to come up with something.
