Safe secure friendly comfortable and relaxing

Cons: Breakfast stopped too early especially during weekdays and most times our kids missed it :)

Good value close to Disneyland, ideal overnight stay.

Pros: Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Complimentary drinks, good choice at breakfast, close parking that was free. Indoor and outdoor pool.

Cons: The furnishing in the room are a little out dated, the flooring didn't feel that clean - I preferred not to walk in bare feet.

Pros: We liked all the choices at breakfast, especially the omelets and eggs cooked to your liking. In the middle of the night while I was sleeping, a bug or a spider bit me on my leg, arm, head and two of my fingers. I didn't realize it till I was itchy in the very early morning (4:45am). Before breakfast I discreetly let the front desk know and they did everything to quickly take care of the situation. The evening and morning teams and the young man who helped me change out my sheets after a long day at Disneyland were awesome! I was slept well with no little critters biting me again. I was happy. Thank you!

Cons: We were hoping for some type of turkey bacon or sausage because we are a non-pork eating family. The fried potatoes had way too much seasoning that it overwhelmed the taste of cooked potatoes. It was way too salty and powdery. Maybe the cook accidentally dropped way too much seasoning in them. We wanted to relax in the jacuzzi but the water was too cold. Another guest said it was hot the day before and not cold.

Cons: not clean enough

If you're looking for comfort, friendly staff and a great continental breakfast, look no further!

Pros: My family and I absolutely loved the breakfast options, especially the create your own omelette station. The staff from the front desk to the chefs and cleaning crew in the kitchen were very kind to us as well.

Cons: We didn't like that parking was an additional fee, not to mention the beds were too small. There were a few cosmetic things I noticed in our room that I would have like fixed, but at the end of the day, it wasn't so bad.

Pros: Breakfast is good. Rooms are a good size, clean and nice.

Cons: It’s clean it’s airy. It has a lounge and a dining room and room service, which is Fantastic.

Pros: It’s always so clean the hallways the elevator the entry wherever you go it’s smell smells good and it’s clean

Cons: The AC was making noises and the toilet was running, but everything’s fine now
