Apart from a few small inconveniences, it was perfect for my needs.

Pros: Modern, clean, and spacious. Easy uber pick ups and drop offs. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Not a lot to access by foot. Low water pressure. No free water.

Lovely hotel close to Disney

Pros: Good standard of accommodation. Near new property. Could watch Disney fireworks from our room.

Smooth, comfortable and easy.

Pros: Location is great. Food was lovely and room was amazing providing two queen beds and a bunk bed I thought this was an incredible feature that most hotels do not offer. The rooms are very spacious.

Confortable and clean, great roof top terrace

Pros: Lovely welcome after a very long flight from Europe. We enjoyed the meal and the view from The Top of the V restaurant

Pros: The entire hotel was beautiful. The pool on the 12th floor is a whole experience. Wish we would have stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beds are very comfy, and the high ceilings give the room a bigger feel.

Cons: Our AC broke in the middle of the night. Some of the kids were sleeping, so I didn't want to wake anyone, but the hotel front desk staff made sure I left feeling heard and taken care of. Hope our next visit is perfect to reflect the staff.
