Excellent hotel in a great location

Pros: The location is incredible, all the rooms look out onto the lake and the hotel is a short walk from the village. Lots of parking and the pizza restaurant at the hotel is incredible. The hotel is new and feels cosy and modern.

An amazing stay at a lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again

Pros: The location on the edge of the lake was amazing, especially the beach area. We were very lucky to have a room on the 1st floor looking out onto the beach. Everywhere was extremely clean and modern looking and the staff were very friendly. This was definitley value for money considering what we paid. We especially liked the firepit being lit which allowed us to stay out in the evening and enjoy the area. Hotel is in a great place to be able to wander around big bear village.

Cons: There were guests that were allowing people who were not staying at the hotel into the pool area. This meant that we were unable to use any sunbed as they were all taken.

No major complaints, I would stay there again.

Pros: The room was nice and cute and in a great location.

Cons: The bathroom was a little tight, two people cannot occupy at the same time. Cost was higher than other properties.

Gorgeous hotel, can't wait to return

Pros: Stunning lake views, gorgeous room, comfy bed, helpful staff and great location for enjoying the village centre. We booked this as a last minute stop off on a long roadtrip and were incredibly impressed. Parking was also very easy. We're now looking to return to Big Bear Lake and will stay here again

Cons: We stayed before some of the outdoor facilities had been completed so weren't able to use these but once they are complete it will be perfect

Beautiful relaxing room close to town

Pros: This room was so beautiful and we were instantly relaxed as soon as we entered. We requested a top floor room after reading comments about noise and didn't hear a peep from anyone including the dogs next door. The location is so close to the main strip of Big Bear and the view of the lake is absolutely amazing!

Cons: We loved this place!

I only spent several hours as I ended up in the hospital but I am very grateful of how they handled the situation

Pros: The hotel was very prompt to assist me when I fainted in the hotel room. Thanks to God the emergency services arrived on time and took care of me.

Cons: I think it would be wise to let the first customers know about the situation of the altitude and what precautions to take.

Perfect location

Pros: Great central location and a much better kept property than various other hotels. Easy access to the village and across the street from Tropicali, which is a must try!
