Slippery bathroom floor when wet, a safety concern.

Pros: Convenient in-room microwave and island, hearty breakfast with burger patties, and a 10-minute drive to Chinese dining areas.

Cons: The hotel layout is a bit complex and took some time to find the room, but it allows convenient parking near the room, which is a plus. The bathroom floor becomes extremely slippery when wet, posing a safety hazard for bare feet. Please address this issue to prevent potential injuries.

I had a good sleep and that's what mattered.

Pros: I appreciated that the 10pm time limit for outside pool and patio activities was enforced. The bathroom was very clean, which is nice.

Cons: It's not big a deal, but the gated entrance at the side next to the elevator isn't particularly inviting and the gate feels more \

Comfortable & quiet describe our stay.

Pros: It was a delicious breakfast with a friendly employee making pancakes. We liked this place.

Cons: They don't clean the room, make beds or remove trash until you leave. We stayed 3 days and had to do it ourselves.

Great value and very clean, good amenities and nice staff. 100% will be booking this location again

A comfortable, and pleasant 2 night stay. Easy access, safe, and happy.

Pros: My entire family liked the ambiance and decor. Our room was also bigger than normal. The outdoor space and indoor community spaces also are comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The staff were all helpful and kind and happy. It felt like a safe building too.

Pros: Great and big rooms, very clean and towels fold into flowers. Friendly staff. Big breakfast an outside searing in shade. Big pool and hot whirlpool. Free parking and great location.

We had a good stay!

Pros: They took care of customers and listened to their needs. The room was spacious and clean. Courtyard was beautiful, with a bbq. Breakfast had enough choice, warm and cold. Pool was well maintained. Possibility to do laundry.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. We ate out on the patio as it was a beautiful day.

Cons: Very, very low water pressure in shower. Had a hard time rinsing off all the soap in my hair. The bathroom is poorly designed; the tile got very wet due to the shower curtain not effectively preventing water from coming out of the shower; as a result of the tile being very wet the tiles were very slippery. We had to lay towels down on the wet floor to prevent us from slipping and falling. Patio is beautiful; however, the chairs scraping against the slate on the patio was very disturbing, especially when people were out eating breakfast very early in the morning while we were still sleeping.
