Excellent base for a visit to Long Beach.

Pros: Spotlessly clean hotel and the staff were always active keeping it that way. The location was perfect as we have family living nearby but also shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: Some very minor maintenance issues (en suite door faulty) but nothing much. Quickly sorted by the staff.

Was a great place to stay near the airport and good value for money. Big lobby and outdoor lounge

Pros: well laid out and lovely big lobby area and outdoor areas for lounging

Cons: breakfast room was small and not so easy to navigate when busy. sink in bathroom was a bit hard to turn on. sliding barn door in bathroom didn't stay open easily.

Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely book there again.

Pros: I liked the location because it was near shopping and not far from the beach. Also enjoyed the breakfast.

Cons: I didn’t like the plastic utensils used for breakfast. The knife could barely cut the pancakes. Needed something more sturdy or real silverware.

Stressful but everything worked out

Pros: I liked that even though they couldn’t find my reservation they were able to accommodate me and my family

Cons: It was stressful when they couldn’t find my reservation. Staff told me booking.com never sent it, I even showed them my confirmation email and nothing! I was worried I’d have to drive back home or sleep in my car
