Awesome stay in Los Angeles and near to Universal and Warners Brother.

Pros: The location is near to universal studio and warners brother studios. There is complimentary breakfast and parking on site. Staff were friendly and would share with us what is nice to do in Los Angeles.

Cons: Our room card keeps failing us, but the staff were nice to help us fix the issue over the counter.

Very tidy and clean and central to everywhere we wanted to go.

Pros: This property was really nice and clean and the staff were very very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is a added bonus and was really good.

Great location. Lovely staff. Definitely will come again.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious every morning! Good variety. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons: The carpets need to be replaced. No carpet would be better has a strange smell walking out of the elevator. You kind of got used to it but my kids were gagging on the first 2 days from it.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly, convenient, friendly staff and nice breakfast

Pros: Spacious, comfortable room, clean, good location for Universal and into downtown LA, very convenient grocery store opposite. Breakfast plenty and good, breakfast staff always present, cleaning up and making sure all is stocked up.Quite, felt safe. All staff very friendly, helpful and smiling. We had a great stay and would defo recommend.

Cons: The only thing I need to criticise is the use of plastic cups and cutlery in the breakfast room

Pros: The staff was amazing. They were super accommodating when it came to the room, early check-in. Breakfast was good and appreciated that it was open later in the day.

Pros: Complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Friendly staff. Shower/water pressure was excellent

Cons: Parking with extra charge, and some parking positions block others. Lots of single-use plastic and disposable elements in breakfast. Rooms impecably clean but somewhat worn out (carpets, paint)
