Cons: We were first given the wrong rooms but then Grace from front desk saw to it that we were moved and checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure we were happy.

Pros: everything but especially the staff proactiveness and kind attitude towards us.

Cons: i think the incidentals fee should be returned immediately after inspection upon check out

Enjoyable!

Pros: Fabulous position (underground rail construction currently making it a bit noisy), friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed and lovely rooftop area. Very well equiped gym.

Cons: Fixtures and fittings getting a bit tired in the rooms

Pros: Excellent location and the pool upstairs is a very nice bonus. The room was very spacious and modern

Cons: I stayed in hotel 2 times and all the 2 times was charged for 3 valet parkingS to the room, though 2 of them were payed by cash on the place and 3rd time it was not even my guest. Reception team promised to make a check. But nobody did it. The both times.

Definitely felt luxurious and overall great. With a few minor improvements it would have been outstanding.

Pros: The facilities were really great such as the pool area, valet parking, walkable to Rodeo Drive, safe area, etc. The staff at this hotel were excellent, courteous and very accomodating. They definitely made our stay more enjoyable.

Cons: The pillows were too soft, the curtains wouldn’t shut completely which allowed light to enter the room very early in the morning, and there’s not enough lighting in the bathroom. Some days the towels weren’t entirely replaced such as a missing floor towel on some occasions. We also didn’t like the smell/feel of the amenities ie the moisturiser and body wash.
