Pros: Lovely friendly staff. Easy to get to and valet parking and check in was easy. Fantastic location for kids being right on the beach front with a park on the beach a very short walk away.

A lovely hotel with views and facilities across the bay

Pros: The hotel facilities were great. The pool and restaurant area are both excellent and the views of the bay are lovely. Our room was clean and well stocked with everything we need and everyone in the hotel were helpful

Cons: The valet parking because the car park was very empty involved them moving our car not even 10 meters which was annoying to then pay for this on top. Therefore advice would be if you drive in and can see spaces in front of you just park up and unload

Pros: Great location. Beautiful place at the Marina and within walking distance from Venice beach. Bike rental. Beautiful beach in the marina. (mother's beach). Fantastic restaurants close to the beach.

Cons: Staff at the reception were not really friendly. Would have expected a warmer welcome. Bike rental and valet parking staff on the other hand was very friendly. In house restaurant rather expensive.

A great location, staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were a good size. We will be back.

Pros: Centrally located hotel, close to beach & friendly staff. Reasonably priced restaurant and good sized rooms. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely too.

Pros: The hotel is situated on Mother’s beach and the views are lovely. The pool is heated to just the right temperature and the jacuzzi offers an opportunity to relax and unwind. Rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and the housekeeping team were brilliant and very efficient. The restaurant serves food daily from 8am to 10pm. We tried the breakfast, lunch & dinner at different times during our stay. The food was excellent, the service was great & the food was reasonably priced.

Cons: The bar closed every night at 10pm, a little later would have been good.

Pros: Room was great, huge in fact and really nice view. Location was perfect. Beach was lovely, and not at all busy. All the restaurant staff were great, and lovely to have a live singer some evenings. Food was very good.

Cons: Had problems with the showers, which was rectified and a rebate negotiated. Very noisy fan outside room, and air conditioning in the room. Didn't realise a parking charge was applicable, $32/day for self parking!!! Wine was very expensive...

Pros: Nice spacious room, clean with great views of the marina and beach.

Cons: Car Park Charges.
