Pros: Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, clean rooms. If you have a marina view, it is gorgeous day and night.

Cons: Night parking close to the hotel entrance can fill up, which can be a nuisance, but that is no fault of the hotel.

Friendly and modern hotel stay

Pros: Super friendly welcome at the front desk on arrival. Had a sea view (well boats!) on the ground floor. I always prefer an upper but it was one night. Clean and super comfortable bed. Soft and huge pillows. Charging ports abound. Walked to the pizza place nearby for salad bar. The breakfast was free and standard American fare. .

Cons: Minor point but could hear creaks from people upstairs walking about which can be annoying!

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and the make-your-own waffle section was a particularly nice touch! Location was beautiful, next to the harbour as the name suggests. The room was a good size, it was clean with plenty of towels provided. The front desk staff were attentive and informative, and provided a really friendly welcome. We didn't use the pool ourselves but did see a number of families enjoying it. There was also a lovely Pizza restaurant about 10 minutes walk away.

Cons: Not something the hotel can help necessarily but there were very few restaurant options in walking distance.

We went to escape a major heatwave and relax near the water and it did not disappoint.

Pros: The hotel is on a gorgeous harbor that is very serene (except when sea lions decided to lay out on the docks, which was just fine with us) and generally quiet. It was very clean, the people who work there were helpful and kind, and the view from our room was lovely.

Cons: There was some construction on the property as they are improving part of the grounds. It was a little inconvenient, but only temporary and wasn’t extremely loud or anything.

Pros: We had a marina facing room with a nice large balcony, it was extremely quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good choice with hot and cold options. Tea and coffee making facilities are available day and night but also available in the room. Swimming pool, although small, was hardy used. A couple of days, we had the pool to ourselves.

Cons: A.C. in the room was loud, could not have the A.C. running through the night. Also, a bit remote as the majority of sites; beach, restaurants, are the other side of the marina, about a 25-minute walk.

Pros: Perfect location on waterfront, the grounds were beautifully landscaped, the 6 mile walking trail on both sides of the Channel was so scenic, and the whole experience was magical.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!!

Pros: Very nice hotel, clean and comfort rooms. Great on the marina & seals :) You can go by walk (approx 15 -20 minutes) to another part of marina. Breakfast included

Cons: Breakfast is rather basic.
