Good hotel

Pros: The staff were amazing, very polite and always happy to help.

Cons: The sofa bed wasn't that comfortable and the mattress should be upgraded. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Pros: Best location for attending events at fairplex, nice and warm breakfast services. Front desk provided bottle water if needed.

Cons: Because of events, there's only 4 people room for me to choose which I went their by myself. So the room and price were a little bit too expensive for me.

A comfortable and generously sized suite which was perfect for staging our freshman’s launch into the nearby Claremont c

Pros: Grounds and location were attractive. Room was very generously sized. Gym was adequate.

Cons: It was a bit run-down in some aspects - there was a bit of wear and tear - fixtures in rooms were a bit old, was surprised that there were no direct plug-ins for usb chargers for example.

Had a great staycation for me and the wife. We've stayed here many times when going to the fair.

Pros: Hotel staff really made things work fast, efficient, and professional. Location was clean and kept up well. The food from Mckinley Grill was very good as well.

Great place

Pros: The night front desk clerk was amazing. I'm getting older so my memory of names is not so good but he was afraican American and worked graveyard shift. Loved him! 😊

Cons: No continental breakfast. For the price of room I thought a breakfast would be nice.
