Ayres Hotel Rialto Fontana

Pros: The staff was very nice very welcoming I'm from Las Vegas so I know a thing or 2 about customer service and the hotel industry.

Cons: This is just a personal note because I'm always cold. My only drawback while staying at this hotel is that they have a maximum limit of 76° on the heater in our rooms.

Nice stay

Pros: Perfect hotel to stay on the way from L.A. to north-east. Nice, clean and comfy

Cons: Breakfast could be better

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. Facilities in the room/ bathroom were excellent. Front of house were generally very helpful.

Cons: The breakfast was limited but reasonable. I was travelling alone and would have appreciated more options for dinner to avoid having to go out by myself in the evening. There are a lot of options close by however I felt a little vulnerable walking over on my own.

Great large rooms. Close to shops, restaurants, major roads.

Great for a stop-over

Pros: A modern hotel, conveniently located for our purposes. Free parking. Welcome by staff was ok as in professional (European visitors with foreign passports don't come there often, it seemed, as our passports were treated like a foreign object never seen before). Huge and clean room, comfortable bed. Laundry facilities available. Breakfast was included. It was buffet-style but also freshly made items were available as were \

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was too much, it actually hurt. Providing a better quality toilet paper might be really worth investing in, the current one is flimsy at best.

Pros: This is our go to hotel if ever we need to be at Kaiser too early in the morning. It is a short drive with very little traffic and I always feel safe there if I have to be alone.

5 star hotel in my eyes

Pros: I loved everything about it. The property was clean and overall the comfort by far exceeded my expectations. I’ve stayed at name brand hotels and this was the best pick I’ve done and the beds were so comfortable. Check out time is perfect thank you. We will be staying here every time we come to this area for my son Bible Quizzing Tournaments or Youth events.

Modern and excellent quality hotel

Pros: Excellent modern hotel. A very good sized room with fridge and microwave and modern furniture. Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent and the most powerful that we had experienced on our holiday in California. Location was good as close to Highway and close to eating outlets and shops being within 5-10 minute walk. Very nice pool with sunbeds and towels provided. Breakfast was included and was varied and of good quality food. Would recommend

Super comfy and close to everything!

Pros: Beds were super comfortable! Bathroom was spacious and clean and the front lobby staff was spectacular! Very friendly. Wish I could tell you about breakfast but I slept so well I completely missed it!

Ok hotel

Pros: New modern hotel, breakfast had real cutlery, warm jacuzzi.

Cons: Staff was impolite( chef and cleaning personnel ), jacuzzi was not maintained. Very poor sound proof. Not quality of 4 star hotel.
