Hyatt Place Riverside Downtown

Great value

Pros: Surprisingly large rooms, though nothing especially fancy. Very comfortable and well equipped. Location is ideal, with very close proximity to the most interesting things in Riverside, plus it's close to the highway.

Cons: Parking is a bit expensive, especially considering it's a simple lot on the street with modest oversight and security. Water temperature in our room never quite got as hot as we wanted but was still comfortable.

Nice and comfortable

Pros: Large rooms with all facilities, nice location surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Friendly recepcionists.

Cons: Breakfast is a bit poor. And the receptionists messed up our bills and reservations.

Excellent hotel. Spotless with friendly, efficient staff and in a good location. Highly recommend.

Pros: Breakfast was super. There was lots of choice and it was well presented. Kitchen and server staff kept it replenished and spotless. Reception staff were outstanding in providing an efficient, warm and friendly service - going above and beyond to look after us. Great hotel run by a super team.

Pros: I love that the staff was friendly and helpful. Super clean facility even though they were going through renovations. Had an awesome breakfast bar and quickie shop.

Cons: There was no microwave in the room. Had to go to the first floor to heat food. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Probably due to the renovation being had.

We stayed there for 2 nights and the room environment was warm and cosy.

Pros: Upon arrival, we found the SB drink left on the floor in the room, so maybe the maid forgot to discard it after cleaning the room. We have enjoyed their great hot breakfast buffet! Only we disliked their hotel coffee brand but we love their tea brand!

Cons: We found the overheaded white light above the bathroom mirror too bright....maybe suggest to change the light fixture in the future.

Excellent accomodations

Pros: Excellent staff! Breakfast was good, we had lots of choices. Very clean room and it was far bigger than I was expecting. We had to book last minute because our original hotel (Different chain) across town was a sh*t show. Staff was very accommodating. They even helped us find our concert venue and write down the walking directions. (Yes we all have gps on our phones, but it was still incredibly nice they took time to help us) Will stay here again in the future! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!

Very relaxing, clean and close to shops and restaurants.

Pros: Great breakfast had everything.Very convinient for dining out of town and close to shops.

Cons: No complaints, maybe no jacuzzi.Really not any bad points.

Outstanding location, comfortable well-designed rooms, and friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: The rooms are large with an area with a couch, tv monitor, desk, coffee/tea maker, small frig that is separate from that of the sleeping/bathroom. The breakfast buffet is varied and has healthy options. Fresh fruit and natural fruit-flavored water are available in the lobby 24/7. The location is particularly nice as it is within a few blocks--easy walking distance--of the museums and restaurants we like. Lots of little shops and cafés nearby. There are electric car charging stations in the parking lot. The staff members are friendly and helpful. This was our second stay. We will return.
