Best Western San Bernardino Hotel

A well priced hotel in San Bernardino that is clean and cozy enough for a good stay.

Pros: The rooms were priced very reasonably. The two queen bed room where I stayed was very spacious. The hotel is relatively brand new so the room as well as the hallways were very clean as well as the lobby.

Cons: The hotel is beside the freeway. So from time to time you could hear some vehicle noise. But the most annoying thing that happened is the unwillingness of the hotel staff or front desk to issue me a receipt upon check out. Staff claims that if booking is done thru a third party company policy dictates that the receipt should come from the third party. Upon calling booking.com about the matter, the manager was able to give me a receipt. I think the front desk staff(day and evening) were not knowledgeable about the hotel's legal obligation to issue a receipt to a guest. The question that should really be asked is if the client prepaid the third party for the stay or did the guest decide to pay onsite or pay the hotel. If it is the latter then the hotel is legally bound to issue a receipt to the guest.

Good place for taking a rest before next journey.

Pros: Very nice staff who always found a smile for us, whenever we met.

Cons: It was difficult to air the room, otherwise everything was great.

Pros: The staff was stunning! The room was nice and clean!

Cons: There was no option to hang cloths, they had hangers but nothing to hang them on.

Pros: The staff is wonderful and tries to help! The beds are comfy

Quiet enjoyment

Pros: Liked the newness of the the property. Everything was nice and clean. It was quiet, and it was in a great location. Friendly efficient staff made the stay enjoyable

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up and out of it

Cons: When we first got to our room the temperature was 89 degrees. The a c was not working. We were adventually moved to another room.

Would definitely book again
