Pros: Excellent hotel. Part of a small family run chain which showed with the extra attention to decor and comfort. Staff were very helpful and had a really nice homely atmosphere. Would stay again.

Nice, relaxing stay

Pros: Bed was comfortable. We were worried about the noise level so close to the freeway. It was QUIET. Check in folks were very pleasant on Thursday afternoon. Israel was especially helpful. Monday morning checkout lady (Long blonde hair) was NOT pleasant. She did not say thanks for staying with us or inquiring about our stay. She needs some people skills. Breakfast was decent. The lady working in the breakfast room was really pleasant and hard working.

Cons: Check out woman. VERY unfriendly.

My stay at Ayres Hotel was relaxing, & enjoyable, added bonus it is close to shops & restaurants.

Pros: I have stayed at other hotels and was not satisfied with the accommodations. However, I can honestly say that my stay at Ayres Hotel was the best. The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very enjoyable. The staff was very friendly. I travel to California for work and relaxation several times out of the year and I have been searching for a good hotel with excellent accommodations. Your hotel checks all the boxes, and I am so please to have found a hotel that I will look forward to staying at during my visits to California and I will be sure to recommend your hotel to my family and friends. Thank you.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like about the Ayres Hotel.

No frills comfort

Pros: Spacious rooms. Everything you needed — iron, Fridge, Microwave, AC & bathroom & full length mirror & charing points. Laundry facilities upstairs. Comfortable bed. Little convenience shop in lobby. Close to shops & fast food.

Cons: Filthy disgusting towel and wrappings in my room on arrival (handed it into front desk). Breakfast was complimentary but not great — canteen style with lots of styrofoam containers. “City view” was ground floor view of motorway & car park (kept curtains closed). AC was loud and wouldn’t turn off. But still nothing major. Enjoyed our stay

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helped me to sort out my luggage (which was delayed by the airline). The room was clean and comfortable.

It was ok, but not worth the cost compared to other hotels.

Pros: The room was nice. We only stayed one night and did not use any of the facilities.

Cons: The breakfast closed at 9. Pretty early for folks on vacation. None of the sanitizer machines had gel in them.

Pros: Location and clean hotel with security in the parking lot at night
