The hotel is good and worth the money, but the level of cleanliness needs to be improved.

Pros: As a hotel worker, I can say that the cleaning was poor. I don’t know if there are any checkers (people who inspect rooms after the cleaners), but if there are, they’re not doing a good job. There was a lot of dust, the cleaners’ carts were left in the middle of the hallway, which is against the rules. Also, the public areas were often not cleaned in the evenings, including the pool. The staff is nice and friendly, the breakfasts are tasty, and the location is very convenient for those traveling by car.

It is great experience anyway.

Pros: The location is perfect for me to meet my customer. It is only about 8 minutes drive. The hotel would be my preferred one when I come again.

Cons: Breakfast is not included in the price.

Pros: The Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful, they kept the place clean at all times.

Cons: There isn’t much to do around the hotel if you don’t drive, if you’re there for a while I’d suggest a rental car as getting to downtown LA will cost you about $45+ each way depending on time.

Pros: Good location, and relatively quiet given proximity to the freeway. Initial problem with aircon was sorted quickly and professionally.

Cons: Very strange couch in the room, and desk was terrible to work at.

Pros: Did not have breakfast Location great Rooms were nice n beds were comfortable Staff very friendly n very accommodating

Cons: The hall ways n elevators could use additional vacuuming on a daily basis And carpet in hallways cleaned regularly Deodorizing the hallways .. They had musty smell
