Just What We Needed

Pros: We were in town for a funeral and the hotel location was perfectly between family that were in both Apple Valley and Victorville. The Hilton Staff members were very friendly and helpful. It was a treat to stop at the free coffee bar to make a quick cup to go when leaving in the morning. After a sorrowful day, it was nice to walk next door over to the miniature golf/game place and have a little fun.

Cons: There was one elevator in service, so each morning when leaving to attend our scheduled events we had to account for time waiting for the elevator. When we tried calling the service desk or any of the services using the phone in our room, we would receive a recording the phone number was disconnected. All the literature in the room referred you to using the phone's preprogrammed buttons, when you needed to contact hotel staff. We had to go downstairs to speak with the person at the front desk. It would be helpful to have a channel on the TV with hotel information i.e. room service, menu for hotel restaurant, check out options, check out time, etc. without having to download and register on the app.

Pros: The room was close to an outside door which was convenient when having to take my dog out.

Cons: There were no pastries, donuts, or bagels available. You could only eat if you ordered off the menu. There are times a person doesn't feel like a full meal.

I was pleased by with my stay. Great location.

Pros: Breakfast was great but I wasi surprised you charged for breakfast. All the hotels I have ever stayed in breakfast was free.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: I love it was quick and easy to get service to my room and the staff was very friendly. Will for sure stay again at this location.

Cómodo, accesible y acogedor!!!

Pros: Me encantó!! Era demasiado limpio, muy comodo, tenía una puerta de entrada y salida muy accesible y a cerca la seguridad está muy bien, también les agradecemos que no llegaron a molestarnos en ningún momento, ya que teníamos una pequeña fiesta en la habitación con jacuzzi, muy buena experiencia en ese hotel, 100% recomendado!!!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were provided drinks and snacks upon arrival.

Cons: The room was a little outdated for a Hilton Garden Inn. The soap provided in the room was horrible. It was hard and did not lather.

I would stay again

Great place

Pros: Very convenient for my 80 yr old aunt that smoke's. Clean fresh room. Great breakfast.

Cons: I truly enjoyed my stay. I plan to return in November.

This was a great find for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: Jesus at the bar makes a delightful dirty gin martini! The food smelled good, but I was tired and had road snacks so didn't order. The breakfast looked good ($10-14) but, again, I had already eaten in my room. The room was spacious and the bed & pillows were SO comfortable. I also liked the noon checkout, even though I left before 11 to visit the Route 66 Museum (about 10 minutes away).

Cons: The mini fridge didn't have a freezer space to refreeze my ice packs, but it was plenty cold and my food made it home.
