Convenient location, good value hotel. Comfy beds.

Pros: Nice breakfast, comfy room and smart TV's. Good ice machine. Swimming pool small, but useable.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Room was a good size and clean. Breakfast was good with hot eggs, sausages, waffles and then other basic options. Bed was comfortable enough.

Pay in advance is not good Idea.

Pros: Good area, quiet, great personal and good breakfast!

Cons: I think the room # 125 was not ready for guests. There were a big Jacuzzi with a sign of OUT OF SERVICE. The shower was freshly painted , the smell was so strong. We couldn't resist to be at the shower for enough time, almost made us throw up. I been here couple of times , never happened before.

Pros: Great location for 1/2 drive to Long Beach, 15 mins Seal beach. Many eateries around the area. Good breakfast, with make your own waffles. Good selection for breakfast. Asian run establishment.

Cons: Why motels in USA charge deposit and this is one of the highest deposit of $200. Very cold pool.
