Doubletree by Hilton Whittier

Will be returning, 100% recommended

Pros: Very clean room, lovely staff and amazing facilities at a great value

Pros: Location, size of the room, friendly staff, cleanliness

Decent stay, close enough to LA attractions

Pros: Rooms were tidy. Room service upon request if staying more than one night. Relatively good location to LA attractions.

Cons: Wish there was a microwave in the rooms. But there is one downstairs in the main lobby.

Pros: The location was perfect for downtown. Near many quaint cafes and places to eat. It was clean. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Some of the outlets did not work and the lights above the length mirror did not work. The bathroom outlet, only one plug worked. Wasn't able to plug in hairdryer and curling iron.

Good but it can be improved

Pros: Confortable , near some restaurants , neighboorhood is secure, the place isn t noise.

Cons: We didn t like to request housekeeping, we were staying for a week its given that the room would need be clean (take a garbage out and the towels<) The Breakfast is so high for what correspond to nones varied

Always fun and a great location however, some bathrooms need updating.

Pros: I have stayed here before and I already love the hotel, the staff and the location. The cleaners are always working really hard and cleaned our room twice in our 6 night stay - the staff are attentive and kind. I seriously love staying at the Hilton in Whittier.

Cons: The room I stayed in this time (floor 3), however, was slightly less modern than the one I had stayed in previously (floor 6) particularly in the bathroom. The shower, instead of a modern shower like we’d had before, was a bath shower which has some permanent staining and chipping, the ceiling was also cracked in the bathroom. The shower pressure was so strong and filled the bath so quickly that it wouldn’t drain properly. We spoke to the staff who sent someone up right away which we were thankful for and the very kind maintenance man did his best to unblock the drain. This did not work, however and the bath would still fill up. We didn’t want to make much of a fuss so we lived with it for the last two nights of our stay! This has nothing to do with the staff as they all worked hard to try to fix this for us.

Pros: Location was great for us; room was ample size; pool and spa were a bonus; cookies checking in were really good

Cons: usually there is free coffee in lobby at hotels, had to pay at Doubletree; there was free internet for\

I will always stay at the Doubletree

Pros: Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion are included, room was clean and quiet all around!

Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: Location was excellent. Facility was much better than we excepted.

Cons: Hotel was much better than the surround town

It was a nice mini vacation the location of the hotel is perfect!
